Creative focus

You’ll own visual design across brand, marketing, social media, events, and print, taking projects from early concepts to polished, production-ready assets while helping build a consistent visual system for a growing healthcare company.

What you’ll create

• Design marketing and social media assets, presentations, one-pagers, advertisements, and web graphics.
• Create event materials including flyers, signage, banners, passports, menus, and branded merchandise.
• Develop clear and approachable visual communications for healthcare audiences.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use.

Brand and visual systems

• Help shape and maintain the visual identity across typography, color, layout, iconography, and templates.
• Create reusable templates that help teams produce consistent, on-brand materials.
• Maintain visual quality and consistency across print and digital channels.
• Bring new ideas, references, and visual direction to ongoing design work.

How you’ll work

• Turn rough briefs into polished creative work on tight timelines.
• Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Balance design quality with fast execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with brand, events, and marketing teams.
• Give and incorporate constructive design feedback.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong work across brand and marketing design.
• Event or print design experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual detail.
• Ability to work quickly while staying organized across multiple deadlines.
• Strong ownership and attention to craft.

Additional skills

• Illustration experience is a plus.
• Motion design or basic video skills are a plus.
• Photography experience is a plus.
