About the Role
The Client Success team is responsible for helping medical practices successfully implement a suite of software tools and providing ongoing day-to-day support. The platform integrates with existing practice systems and includes online scheduling, text-based bill payment, digital check-in, interactive reminders, automated waitlist functionality, and additional tools designed to improve the patient experience and save practices time.
As a Customer Success Associate, you will develop deep product expertise so you can understand client needs, configure the platform effectively, and help clients achieve the best possible results. The role requires someone who is well-informed, detail-oriented, responsive, and easy to work with in every client interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Help medical practices get up and running on the full suite of products.
- Provide ongoing day-to-day support to clients.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of the product and its capabilities.
- Listen carefully to clients and understand their specific needs.
- Configure the product to support client requirements and deliver strong results.
- Provide informed, detail-oriented, and professional support throughout every client interaction.
- Work under Client Success Managers to help cover and support existing clients.
- Regularly meet with the product team beginning on day one.
- Advocate for product enhancements and improvements requested by clients.
Growth Path
At the Associate level, you will initially work under Client Success Managers while supporting their clients. As your product knowledge, skills, and confidence develop, you will progress toward independently managing your own clients.
